Why is my entity consolidating?

It’s been nearly a year since we launched our new brand, Precisely, to highlight our focus on data integrity. Our journey to becoming Precisely included acquiring and integrating several best-in-class products along the way.

The final step toward integrating our legacy businesses is to complete our entity consolidation efforts globally. By consolidating entities, Precisely will be able to offer a more streamlined approach, ultimately making the transaction process with us clearer and easier going forward.

What entities have changed?

Over the coming weeks and months, a formal notice to our customers, partners, and suppliers will be shared as each party is required to update the information relative to the entity in which they do business with, including important updates that will need to be made to your billing and accounts payable records.

Use the list below to see the current legal entity changes. Please note that entity information will be updated as needed. If you currently do not see your entity information listed below, no action is required at this time.

As a customer/partner/supplier, what actions do I take if my entity is listed below?

If the Former Name you do business with is listed below, the New Name you do business with going forward will change. As such, you will need to take the appropriate information provided on this page, or use the information that was directly mailed to you, and update your billing and accounts payable records with this new entity information.

As a customer/partner/supplier with a recent entity change, will my assignment or contract change?

Though a new Precisely entity will now be represented on your current contract, it’s important to note that no other terms and conditions of your agreement are changing. We look forward to continuing to provide the same high-level of service you have come to expect from us each and every day.

Will my current team at Precisely still support me?

Yes. All current and proposed/scheduled projects will continue to operate as planned.

Rest assured that our goal is to make this change seamless for our customers, partners, and suppliers, and we will ensure you continue to receive the level of support you have always received from us.

If I have an upcoming renewal with an entity that has changed, will that be done with my current entity or the new entity?

The renewal will be made with your newly assigned entity.

Where do I go for support?

Your support resources will not change with this entity consolidation. We encourage you to speak with your Precisely representative with any questions you have. If you have Technical Support questions, you can continue to use the available services as before, detailed online at: https://support.precisely.com.
